In your 90 minute initial session, we will explore your full health history and current situation and develop your personalised health and treatment goals. This extended session will also include some physical examinations as required such as Iridology, fingernail analysis and blood pressure. This extended time is recommended for people with more complex conditions such as autoimmune illnesses. Holistic treatment may be in the form of lifestyle and diet plans or a herbal medicine such as a tincture, tea, capsules or ointment. You may be referred for testing or further medical support if necessary. Herbal medicines are an additional cost to the appointment and will vary in price depending on the product.
