If sherried single malt is your thing, then GlenDronach is a name you should know well. The distillery resides in the Highlands, busily working away on some incredible expressions, with sherried malt at the core. The GlenDronach 12 Year Old, is allowed to age in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, resulting in generous helpings of dried fruit and Christmas spice running through it. Bottled without chill-filtration or additional coloring.

Shows a nose of sweet, creamy vanilla, with hints of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and pear follow. The palate is rich, creamy, and silky-smooth. Warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. Spicy with medium length and a dry finish.
