This traditional non-electric ebulliometer by Alla-France comes complete with metal storage box, digital thermometer & bung, calculation disk, glass alcohol lamp, water/wine measurement test tube, fuel lamp, metal assembly (2 parts), instruction manual and spare wicks. This unit has comparable accuracy to the Dujardin-Salleron Model 360 ebulliometer.

Replacement parts are available; some parts require special ordering so please allow for transit times.

Bung hole for thermometer is 12mm id

The thermometer probe is 4mm in diameter

A #00 bung fits this thermometer (drilled to 4mm)
