The Lifetime Promise covers your rope for as long as you own it. When the cord, beads or handles wear out from real use, or get damaged by accident, we send you a replacement part. No proof of fault needed. Just your order number.

One replacement per part every six months. Built for people who train, not for a drawer.

Not included: loss, theft, deliberate damage, or replacing the whole rope when only a part has worn.

The Lifetime Promise is offered in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law and does not limit or replace them.
