Nothing fussy about this hand-painted vintage sign, which I assume was once used to advertise a flat for rent. I found it at the estate sale of an actress and philanthropist and like to imagine it was a souvenir from perhaps a first apartment rental in New York or London, where many memorable things happened! I just love the matte red against white, its great patina, and it's directness now as a declaration of flatness!

9 3/4" long x 3 3/4" tall x 3/16" thick. Well worn but in great shape structurally, with two holes in the top corners for hanging.
