The DB18 Plastic Dock Bumper provides an excellent means of protecting exposed docking platforms from impact damage. The bumpers can be installed directly onto the loading docks via the rear plate, allowing for fast fixing to site.

Each DB18 bumper comprises of a steel rear plate that bolts directly to the wall and an ultra high moleecular weight polyethyelene (UHMWP) front. The high durably polyethylene front is highly durable and slots into place on the bumper. Should the plate become damaged it can be replaced with ease.

The large impact area means that the bumper can cover a larger space on loading docks. There are also no holes on the bumper, meaning there is a reduced risk of trucks becoming snagged on fixing spaces or edges.

The DB18 dock bumper can compress approximately 11mm under a 15 tonne load. This gives it great flexibility while in use, providing excellent protection for loading docks.
