Recommended daily dose: 1 to 2 capsules a day with water.
Do not exceed the daily dose.

Evening primrose oil  is obtained from cold-pressed evening primrose seeds. It contains a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 acids: linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Evening primrose oil helps supplement your diet with essential unsaturated fatty acids (Omega-6).
Linoleic acid (LA) contained in the product helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels*. The product contains a high content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and naturally occurring vitamin E.
