Greenock Estate Cabernet Shiraz 2019
Palate: Full bodied. Colour: Black coffee.
Character: Shiraz Cabernet is a classic blend of Barossa tradition. These combine to add layers of flavour and structure to this wine. It has been carefully crafted to showcase each variety to give balance, depth, interest and harmony with these two varieties. With combinations of red berry, dark berry fruits, mixed spice and fruit cake notes, This wine is a conversation on your palate. French oak 14 months and integrated fine tannins.
Serve: 16°C - 18°C. Cellar: 4-8 years

Peter Lehmann Layers Red 2021
The colour is a vibrant red with a burst of dark cherry and spice on the bouquet leading to a softly textured finish. Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, while the Tempranillo is firm and savoury. Mourvèdre brings a wild earthiness and all are bound together by the aromatic and spicy nature of Grenache which softens the palate.


St Hallett Gamekeepers Shiraz 2023
St Hallett Gamekeeper Shiraz displays lifted and pretty notes of lively purple fruit characters with a delicate hint of violets. Pure red fruits dominate on the palate, with lifted spices of cinnamon.

Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz 2023
Impressive aromas of blackberry and ripe red berry fruit, with a touch of anise and subtle oak that adds vanilla and spice characters. The medium bodied palate is full of sweet fruit and ripe tannins. The multi-layered depth of flavour and texture, combined with a long lingering finish, provide this wine with wonderful drinkability.

Parcels of premium Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec were sourced from individual vineyards and blended to craft this full bodied definitive wine. Bursting with complex fruits and classic Barossa spices this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared well into the future.

Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz 2023
Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz is full bodied and opulent with jammy dark fruits. This wine is an inky purple colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complimented by good balance and fine tannins.
