The AllSpark Insulated Flush Mount Copper Busbars have been developed by use here at Offroad Living to be used with the AllSpark Flush Mount manual reset Circuit Breakers (see see Surface Busbars here).

There's a combination of 4 sizes (2, 3, 4 or 5 tabs).

Flush mount circuit breaker installation has two options:
1. Flush mount CB's in a vertical arrangement - use the surface mounted tabs picking up the odd numbered tabs (1, 3, 5 etc) skipping every second tab; or
2. Flush mount CB's in a horizontal arrangement - use the flush mount busbar using every tab

It says 150A continuous rating, my inverter uses a larger circuit breaker than this, can I use this busbar?

Yes, the 150A continuous rating is an overall net value (taking into account inputs and outputs) not including the first position where the battery input feeds in. By placing the inverter circuit breaker in the first position, along with the battery input feed (left or right), the current essentially flows directly through the circuit breaker, and not along the busbar itself.

The setup below is an example of a surface mount circuit breaker installation, where you can see the inverter breaker with the input feed from the battery on the left. You then place the remaining circuit breakers in descending order along the busbar.
