The Flame-Resistant Surveyor Vest combines high visibility, flame resistance, and tear-away safety in a lightweight, comfortable polyester mesh design built for demanding outdoor and industrial work environments. Constructed from fluorescent FR-treated polyester mesh fabric, this vest delivers strong daytime visibility while meeting CAN/CGSB 4.2 No. 27.10 flame resistance standards for textile fabrics. Dual 4" yellow and silver reflective stripes provide maximum retroreflective visibility in low-light and nighttime conditions — meeting and exceeding the requirements of CSA Z96 Class 2 Level 2. A critical 5-point tear-away feature at the shoulders, sides, and front enables fast emergency release, reducing entanglement risk in the event of a fall or machinery interaction. A safety D-ring access slot allows the vest to be worn over a full-body fall protection harness without compromising harness accessibility. Four pockets — three hook and loop sealed and one open — plus two radio loops provide excellent storage and organization for tools and communication equipment on the job. Also available in high visibility lime-yellow (Model SGF140). Must be inspected and replaced if the tear-away feature is activated or if FR properties are compromised by washing with fabric softeners or bleach.
