A pale, beautifully balanced chardonnay with hints of vanilla on the nose and a winning cool climate acidity. Careful oak treatment has resulted in a wine of depth, power and balance. Drinking extremely well at such a young age and will continue to develop for many years to come.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
