Illusion is a zellige mosaic built from hand-cut diamond shapes arranged to simulate three faces of a cube. The three-value composition creates an optical depth effect that shifts as the light and viewing angle change.

In Cream, London Sky, and Deep Sea, a warm off-white anchors two blues at different values. London Sky reads as a soft, muted blue-grey; Deep Sea is a deep indigo. The range from light to dark gives the depth illusion real definition. It works in bathrooms, shower walls, and kitchen backsplashes where a cool, layered palette suits the space.

Each tile is glazed and kiln-fired by hand in Fez, Morocco. Color, sheen, and surface texture vary across the installation. This is a natural quality of authentic handmade zellige.
