The perfect broth to build your own ramen bowl! Our signature recipe elevated to a delicious ramen broth by the addition of pork and the rich umami flavours of shiitake mushrooms, kombu, and tamari.

Ingredients: Broth (filtered water, pork bones, chicken bones, grass-fed beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, peppercorns, bay leaves), tamari (vegetable protein from soybeans, water, salt), canola oil, mirrin (water, organic rice, sea salt, koji aspergillus oryzae), cooking sake (rice, water, salt), kombu (kelp), shiitake mushrooms, green onion, garlic, ginger, bonito flakes (dried skipjack tuna, woodsmoke)
