The 451-CT-BK is a Water Resistant Soft Shell Athletic Jacket featuring a stretchable 3 layer fabric construction. This form fitting technical jacket consists of a breathable, waterproof and windproof TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) membrane that fused to a Black 100% Polyester Soft Outer Shell with a warm and comfortable brushed fleece liner.
