Noughty Blanc is a dealcoholised white wine made from 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay, using fruit from dry farmed vineyards in the Western Cape of South Africa. The wine is fermented cool to protect freshness, left on lees for two months to build a little more texture, then dealcoholised gently under vacuum using spun cone technology to help retain body and flavour. In the glass it feels bright, clean and properly wine led, making it a smart pick for lighter dinners, warm evenings or anyone after an alcohol free white that still feels grown up. It is also gluten free.
