ABOUT THE EXPLORER

Pilot Explorer is a great first fountain pen, a great fiftieth fountain pen, and anything in between. It's so reliable; Pilot's feeds rarely clog and their nibs are extremely consistent from batch to batch, even on an inexpensive pen like Explorer.

We love the unassuming, stylish look of Explorer, with just the right number of design touches (the dot on the cap, for example, and the variable translucency of the plastic sections) to keep it interesting. Bring this pen to any class or meeting with confidence.

Equipped with a Pilot steel nib in medium (about 0.7 mm line width.) One Pilot Black ink cartridge is included. You can use any kind of fountain pen ink by adding one of Pilot's converters (sold separately).

Please note Pilot Explorer and Pilot Lightive are the same pen. Explorer is the English brand name and Lightive is the brand name in Japan. Your package may have either English or Japanese, as with all import products in our store. The product inside is identical.
