Sulla Raw Honey 250g is harvested in Sicily during the months of June and July. It has a delightful aroma and a bold, distinctive flavor. With changing tones from light amber to ochre, this honey pairs well with both fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Like all the other honeys produced by the Carlo Amodeo Company, the Sulla Raw Honey is extracted every 7 days from honeycombs taken from the blooming areas to prevent oxidation at high temperatures. It is then immediately centrifuged, decanted, jarred, and stored in a refrigerator at 4 degrees to preserve its properties for longer.
