The palate is beautiful, and there’s so much going on. Rich dried fruits, Fig Newton, golden raisin, plum, toasted vanilla, maple syrup, brown sugar, robust oak, a blanketing texture like an oat milk cappuccino, continuing into gentle rye grain spice and a bit of dried mint.

The finish is thick and velvety, giving a slight Speyside Scotch-like profile of sweet fruits, raisin, maple syrup, plush maltiness, and creamy chocolate mousse, with plenty of seasoned sweet oak lasting even longer.
