A very heavy-duty smoothing compound with a high strength that is abrasion resistant.

This compound is suitable for use in both new-build and renovation projects in areas that are subject to heavy foot traffic, including industrial premises and parking areas.

Suitable for application by trowel and mortar screw pump, it can be applied from 3mm up to a maximum thickness of 15mm in a single application and from 10-50mm when blended with 0.4 –0.9mm clean, sharp sand.

The compound has a working time of 20 minutes and floor coverings can be applied after approximately 4 hours, depending on ambient temperatures. It can be used with underfloor heating systems.

Bostik SL C980 XPS can be applied from 3mm up to a maximum thickness of 15mm in a single application and from 10mm to 50mm when blended with 0.4 – 0.9mm clean, sharp sand.

It is suitable for use in both new-build and refurbishment projects. It can be used in areas that are subject to heavy levels of foot traffic, industrial premises and parking areas. It is suitable to fill depressions of all depths and types of substrates. It is also suitable for use with warm water underfloor heating systems where the floor surface temperature does not exceed +27°C. SL C980 XPS is a very heavy duty SLC for internal and external applications. Recommended for high-traffic areas, industrial spaces and can be applied from 3 to 15 mm thickness. Rapid drying, possible to finish with paint, coating or resins over it as a final surface.
