The Celia dress is the ultimate sun dress for infants, toddlers, and girls. Made of 100% cotton jersey, it has a smocked, stretchy bodice, nicely shaped armholes, spaghetti straps, a full skirt, and the cutest flounce just above the hem.

We use two to three colors per garment - choose of of our favorite color sets or contact us for a custom combination and we will produce as close as possible to your description as we can.
