Keep cool and stay coastal with our custom 5-panel rope hat, designed with your boat in mind. Each hat features your unique vessel, printed in either a line drawing or full-color design, right on the front.

Crafted from a lightweight polyester-spandex blend, this hat offers a relaxed fit with a ventilated mesh back and rope detail across the bill. Water-resistant and built for breathability, it's perfect for days on the water or dockside hangs.

🖨️ Print Process
Printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) for bold, long-lasting detail. Your design is printed on a special film, heat-pressed onto the hat for a clean, durable finish that won't fade or peel with proper care.

A thin white outline will automatically be added to artwork printed on darker hat colors (Grey, Black, Navy, and Blue) to ensure the design stands out and doesn’t blend into the fabric.
