MMR MMR Performance intake kit for the M140i and M240i removes the inherent restriction found in the OE airbox setup when raising the performance output of the B58 engine, whilst unlocking a truly addictive soundtrack at the same time. From the dual-entry high-flow air filter, to the aluminium bell-mouth design that it fixes into, to the rubber-mounted billet fixing mounts to allow for compliance under engine-rock and prevent any unnecessary NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), everything has been considered and obsessed over in the minutest detail. An optional heat-shield takes things even further by retaining the factory cold-air entry feed and as well as ensuring that this cold air is then shielded away from the heat generated from the turbo and exhaust manifold it’s as you would expect, also beautifully finished with billet support fixings and real carbon fibre support rods.
