This 10” breaking knife is perfect for breaking down large pelagics, beef and everything in between! It’s hand ground with a little bit of flex at the tip for feedback. The steel is nitroV stainless with my in house heat treatment and hardened to 61 Rockwell and cryogenic treated in liquid nitrogen for a full martensite conversion.  What that means is great edge holding with maximum toughness and Corrosion resistance! For extra protection against salt water these have been Ceramic coated with F series Cerakote which is a highly durable material. The handle is a hand sculpted black and blue g10 with white liners for a very comfortable grip!
