Standard Chin Strap for CPAP Therapy

The Standard Chinstrap is used when wearing a CPAP Mask and the CPAP or Bi-Level machine pressure is causing the mouth to slightly open. Chinstraps will help keep the mouth closed so the user gets the ample amount of pressure and keep the airway from becoming dry.

These chinstraps are one size and are considered to fit most people. The Chinstrap can be worn over the mask headgear. Most users will put the chinstrap on first and then the mask so the headgear helps keep the chinstrap in place.

Due to the stretching of the chinstrap, it is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months or when the user notices it no longer working affectively.

• Water Chamber: Every 3-6 Months (or as needed); wash daily
