HAZY PALE ALE - Fresh Wort Kit NBC

• Neighbourhood Brewing Co have used both Citra and Ekuanot hops heavily, which have packed this brew with intense tropical aroma and flavour.  Hazy or cloudy in appearance and light in colour, this kit results in a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with low to moderate bitterness
• We recommend a dry hop to increase the tropical flavours including hints of mango, citrus and tropical notes. It is important to use a yeast that will assist the hazy characteristic. The younger sibling of the NEIPA, this is a more session style beer.  
• If you like tropical flavours and haze you will like this, perfect for summer but can be consumed all year round. Fruity and Juicy!
• Brewed in a commercial brewery, all you need to do is add water, yeast and hops (both sold separately) and you'll have commercial quality beer, brewed by you.
• Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Hops.  
• Volume: 15 Litres 
• IBU: 10EBC: 7.7OG: 1.060Brewing Instructions
• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.  
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.  
• Aerate, pitch the yeast.
• Dry hop with 50g Citra and 50g Ella hops on day 7.  
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
