Domaine Les Perrières – Gamaret
From the Rochaix family’s vineyards at around 450 m altitude on argilo-molassic soils in the Geneva appellation, this Gamaret is vinified without oak to preserve its pure, varietal character.

Bouquet: Dense aromas of blackcurrant and ripe plum, with subtle floral notes and a hint of pepper spice.

Palate: Medium-bodied, juicy and fresh, offering dark berry fruit framed by soft tannins and a clean, vibrant finish — the absence of oak lends clarity and immediacy.

Vinification: Hand-harvested on Guyot-trained vines, the grapes go through traditional vatting and fermentation in stainless steel, bypassing wood maturation to highlight purity of the Gamaret grape.

Food Pairing: A terrific match for herb-roasted lamb, peppered flank steak, char-grilled vegetables, or even a bold vegetarian ragù.
