In this brand new West Coast IPA we've used a new modern hybrid yeast strain that promises a clean ferment leading to a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.

In order to understand the profile of this new strain we used 100% pilsner malt, a balanced water profile and a hop profile made up entirely of US hops that we know well and love fully - Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo. This combination is all about a bright citrus profile present in the world's best West Coasts.

But this beer is much more than the list of ingredients and processes to turn it into a cracking beer. It’s a moment of peace, a conversation with mates, a reward at the end of the day and a post-ride revitaliser.
