Gravity Feed Option - This means that the machine will pull in 40% air, so You will get 1.4 Litres of product out of 1 Litre of mix.

Pump Feed Option - This means that the machine will pull in 80% air, so You will get 1.8 Litres of product out of 1 Litre of mix. Making a lighter texture. Less mix means less costs and more profit!

Twin Twist Flavour - This machine has the option to dispense 2 flavours separately (Outer Levers) and also both flavours together as a twin twist (Middle Lever).
