Sweetness: Light, clean sweetness in the aftertaste without any sharpness.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very mild if prepared strong; fades quickly and doesn’t linger.
Fineness: Very fine texture, dissolves evenly, produces smooth foam when properly whisked.
