How to cool things down naturally

There are, of course, good generic recommendations:

• Reduce smoking, excessive drinking, sugar and processed foods.
• Use yogurt, fish and green leafy vegetables (called "cooling foods").
• Reduce stress by getting sleep and exercise.

There are also related supplements but most only contain a few "cooling" herbs. They often add ingredients as "window dressing" levels and only in small quantities.

We have designed our Infla-Mazing+ to be an herbal blend that provides abundant amounts of the most famous cooling herbs.

BCM-95® (400 mg, Curcuma longa extract) - Curcumin (from turmeric) is well-known, but it is such a large molecule that it is hard to absorb. BCM-95® is a unique blend of standardized curcuminoids and the essential oil of turmeric to improve the bioavailability.

BioPerine® (10 mg, black pepper fruit extract) - Black pepper fruit extract is included to help improve absorption of curcumin.

Boswellia Serrata (250 mg, 65% boswellic acid) - Boswellia ("frankincense" in the Bible) is a natural herb – obviously known for thousands of years for its benefits.

Bromelain (180 mg, 2400 GDU/G) - Bromelain is an extract of pineapple that has developed quite a reputation of late because multiple studies have shown it to be an especially good agent.

Celery Seed 3-n-B (75 mg, 42.5% butylphthalide) - Few know about this remarkable discovery that should be an essential part of an excellent blend. It is an abundant source of a compound called 3-n-butylphthalide that packs part of the unique punch we seek!

Ginger Root Extract (250 mg, 20% gingerols) - Research has established ginger (and ginger tea), with its active constituents of gingerols (oleo-resins), as a very effective cooling herb.

Quercetin (180 mg) - A bioactive flavonoid, known for its abilities to modulate the biological response to harmful or irritating stimuli.
