Ultra pure Veri-te™ trans-resveratrol produced in the natural fermentation process of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.

Resveratrol is a food ingredient characterized by high biological activity. This compound occurs mainly in fruits and their products, especially grapes and in high concentrations in red wine. However, its purest form is obtained in a natural biofermentation process using the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, just as it is produced naturally.

Resveratrol has a wide range of effects on the human body.

Natural Resveratrol Veri-Te™  is high-purity trans-resveratrol obtained in the natural fermentation process of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. As a result of the fermentation process, 98% trans-resveratrol is obtained, free from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs, PAHs) or pesticides.

What is the problem with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in commercially available resveratrol?

A significant part of resveratrol available in preparations on our market comes mainly from Asia (most often India and China), where it is obtained by extraction from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum Cuspidatum). Taking into account the origin of resveratrol obtained in this way, there is a serious risk that these products may be contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

These products are often contaminated with e.g. extracts containing polyphenols or synthetic resveratrol, the dosage of which is limited to max. daily dose of 150 mg (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 of 20 December 2017 establishing the Union list of novel foods).

Moreover, it should be borne in mind that there is no chance that grape skin or chokeberry extracts or other popular sources endogenously contain as much as 90%/60% or even 30% of natural trans-extracted resveratrol.

Veri-te™ natural resveratrol is produced in Europe by a renowned Swiss company by fermentation, thanks to which the product is free of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and the daily dose approved by EFSA is 500 mg.

Why trans-resveratrol?

From the point of view of the structure of the molecule, resveratrol can occur in two isomeric varieties - cis and trans. Trans-resveratrol is a form that naturally occurs in nature and is characterized by greater biological activity than the cis form. Thanks to its strong antioxidant properties, trans-resveratrol provides invaluable support for the body's cells in the fight against free radicals. In addition, it has preventive and prophylactic effects, positively influencing the elasticity of blood vessels, the heart and the general condition of the entire circulatory system.

Ingredients:  Natural trans-resveratrol Veri-te™, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell (binding agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily dose  necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
