The hand pendant adjusts the backrest and knee section, while the bed height is controlled by a manual crank at the foot of the bed. This gives users and caregivers electric positioning where it matters most, with a simpler manual height system for daily care setup.

Electric Head and Knee Adjustment

The B120C uses a dual-motor system for powered backrest and knee movement. The backrest adjusts up to 65°, and the knee section adjusts up to 40° for sitting up, resting, reading, meals, and routine care positioning.

The hand pendant uses up-and-down controls for the powered sections, making daily repositioning easier than using manual cranks for every adjustment.

Manual Height Control That Still Works During Outages

The B120C height is adjusted using the manual hand crank at the foot of the bed. Turning the crank clockwise raises the bed, while turning it counterclockwise lowers the bed.

This makes the B120C home care bed a practical choice when you want electric positioning for the upper body and legs, but do not need a powered hi-low height motor.

Built for Homecare Setup and Daily Use

The B120C includes a split frame design, head and foot boards, a wire mattress platform, four casters, and mattress retainers to help keep the mattress positioned during adjustment.

The manual lists a 450 lb safe working load and a 400 lb maximum patient weight. The bed is not a transport device; the wheels are for positioning the bed only and should be locked when the bed is in use.
