This item will be delivered as a pre-arranged kit ready for professional installation. All components including cladding, framing, windows, doors, roof panels and fixings are pre-measured and bundled for delivery. Installers will bring everything required for full on-site assembly.

Assembly & Base Requirements

This garden room includes full professional home installation as standard. Prior to installation, a firm and level base is required — such as concrete or a properly supported timber foundation. Installation cannot proceed if the base is uneven, unprepared or soft (e.g. grass or soil).
