・Typically, for adults, treatment starts with an oral dosage of 120 μg of beraprost sodium, divided into two doses taken after breakfast and dinner.
・The dosage is gradually increased while closely monitoring symptoms (side effects).
・The dosage may be adjusted as needed based on the patient's symptoms and tolerability, with a maximum of 360 μg per day, also divided into two doses taken after breakfast and dinner.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
・If you are a patient with cardiogenic shock, aortic valve stenosis, mitral valve stenosis, pulmonary hypertension, excessive hypotension, renal dysfunction, hepatic dysfunction or congestive heart failure.
・If you are on hemodialysis.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
