The double hung design includes low-e and argon gas filled double pane glass for improved efficiency. The fully welded frame and sashes allow for both top and bottom sashes to open, providing ventilation and easy cleaning with the ability to tilt in. The exterior and interior are both Brilliant white vinyl, and the corrosion resistant, Teflon coated, stainless steel constant force balance system ensures smooth and effortless operation. Additionally, the weather-tight true sloped sill prevents water from entering, making it more effective than other drainage systems. For added security, nite locks are included to prevent windows from being opened more than 2 inches. The full screen is made of dark fiberglass mesh, allowing for ventilation while keeping insects out.
