Ingredients:  Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin b-6, folic acid, vitamin b-12, biotin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol, paba, rice extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: calcium laurate.

How to use:  One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
