The Support-Pro Anti-Thrust Cushion is designed for wheelchair users who need extra help staying centered and preventing forward sliding. Raising the front section of the cushion it creates a gentle “anti-thrust” barrier that supports a more upright posture and reduces the tendency to shift forward during movement or transfers.

Inside, a responsive Moleculon™ foam core provides a steady, comfortable seating surface for daily use. The underside has a broad radius so it works well on both sling-style seats and solid bases.

The front edge is shaped to support the thighs without adding pressure, and a coccyx relief cutout helps lower pressure around the tailbone.

For added stability, the Kwik-Strap keeps the cushion securely attached to the wheelchair so it won’t slide during transfers or repositioning.

The Solace™ cover is soft, stretchable, fluid-resistant, and easy to clean. Its flexible design helps reduce friction and supports long-term skin protection.

For users who want extra pressure distribution and cooling, the optional QuadraGel insert uses four gel chambers to spread weight evenly and help maintain a steady seating temperature.
