beautiful black pearl oyster mushrooms, grown and harvested by us on our tiny farm. these lovely mushrooms have a lovely nutty, umami taste, and we absolutely love them. enjoy them sliced up and fried with butter, salt & pepper, and some garlic and herbs right at the end, just before them come out of the pan! the shelf life is a good week, when stored in the fridge. they have a really good juicy, bouncy texture. the black pearl is actually a cross between the grey and king oysters. you can grow your own very easily with our black pearl oyster grow kits - expect a huge cluster of mushrooms within 2 weeks...
