Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper to 9cm x 18cm and fold it in half to form an L-shape. This is the internal footprint and height of the box to help check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles or candles.

• 1000g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.3mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with 120gsm special matte navy blue pearl lustre finish paper.
• No lamination.
• 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• Flat folding with full coverage base sticky patch to affix the box body to the jacket.
• Separate 600g greyboard insert with 120g matching navy blue paper top surface layer. Die-cut with 6cm diameter hole.
• 70cm length x 2.5cm width navy blue polyester grosgrain ribbon supplied but not assembled.
• Alternative ribbon colours and gemstone closures can be purchased separately.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance. 
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

No. Gift boxes are relatively heavy and courier costs vary significantly depending on the total shipment weight and delivery location. Shipping costs are therefore calculated separately from the product price.

Can You Print on All Sides of the Gift Box?

No. Because the boxes are pre-manufactured, printing must be applied to flat surfaces with even pressure. We can print on the outside lid, inside lid and underside of the box.

If you require full exterior decoration, you can print our FAB Sides® Decorative Panels or produce fully bespoke boxes from a minimum order of 1,000 units.
