The limited edition notebooks feature original fabrics from fashion label Aseedonclöud by Kentaro Tamai. The label develops each seasonal collection around a fictional story. The 2022 Autumn Kiokushi collection follows the journey of mapmakers who catalogue our memories. Inspired by the notion of the written record, these fabrics make a fitting addition to our tools for writing.

The chambray fabric was inspired by the clothing worn by the mapmakers when travelling on horseback. In Cambrai in northern France where the fabric originated, chambray was considered a luxury textile worn by priests and those serving the church. The fabric's iridescent sheen exudes an air of elegance.
