This 10” breaking knife is perfect for breaking down large pelagics, beef and everything in between! It’s hand ground with a little bit of flex at the tip for feedback. The steel is nitroV stainless with my in house heat treatment and hardened to 61 Rockwell and cryogenic treated in liquid nitrogen for a full martensite conversion.  What that means is great edge holding with maximum toughness and Corrosion resistance! This blade has been hand polished to 2500 for a beautiful mirror finish which adds even more corrosion resistance. Handle is hand sculpted marbled G10 which is a very beautiful “expensive” material due to its Difficulty to manufacture. This is an incredibly beautiful and highly functional tool!
