Pacific Northwest raw honey -- tested for purity -- the perfect companion to toast, fine cheese, and peanut butter (!) and a delicate sweetener for sauces, salad dressings, marinades, roasted root veggies. Never microfiltered so tiny pieces of pollen remain.

All raw honey will eventually crystallize (which confirms that it has not been heated past 105F). If you prefer a runny honey, you can place the jar in a pan of warm water. We actually prefer crystallized honey, it doesn't make the drippy mess.

Choose from Cascadian Blackberry or Star Thistle varietals.

• Cascadian Blackberry has fruity/berry notes. The beekeeper is considered a preferred supplier for his consistent high quality (never adulterated). The honey was tested for a range of antibiotics and none were present.
• Star Thistle is reminiscent of almonds and nougat. The honey was tested for herbicides and pesticides and none were present.

Honey is packed in glass. Each jar contains 11 ounces of honey.
