The BONOMI SERIES 511SL 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 2-PIECE NPT SAFETY EXHAUST BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an assembly of a Safety Exhaust Full Port Brass Ball Valve and a Pneumatic Actuator. It is designed for Gases Safety Exhaust Application. The Actuator features a Hard anodized extruded aluminum body, Concentric spring sets, Die cast aluminum end caps, Solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, and POM piston guides. The Valve has a Bleed Hole and Latch Lock Handle, a Pressure rating of 200 psi, a Temperature range of -4°F to 350°F, a Blow out proof stem, a chrome plated brass ball, P.T.F.E. seats, seals and thrust washer, an Adjustable stem packing, and is 100% electronically tested in the open position at 80 psi. It is designed to be used in fully open or fully closed position, and meets OSHA requirements and ANSI B1.20.1 connections.
