Ingredients:

• ½ cup Terra Delyssa extra virgin olive oil1 cup brown sugar, packed
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 egg yolk

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
