Made from solid wood in a graceful, curved shape that's pleasant to hold, e+m Cigar Pen Holder is a premium option for writing and drawing with dip pens. Smooth and tapered at both ends, with no hard stops or defined sections, the Cigar encourages a lighter grip and better hand control.

This pen holder also comes very close to being a universal fit for modern and vintage nibs, because the unique ball-shaped nib mount flexes to hold nibs of many sizes and shapes. You can see how it works in our product photos—the nib is held tightly between the rubber mount and the wooden edge of the pen.

Included with each Cigar Pen Holder is a classic English writing nib: the Leonardt #30 in a bright gold finish. Fairly stiff and subtly stub-shaped at the tip, the Leonardt #30 is intended for general writing and drawing, although it can also be used for some kinds of calligraphic scripts.
