Using the finest locally grown field corn, winter rye, and malted barley; combined with sweet mash fermentation, traditional pot distillation, and lengthy aging by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound, our High Rye Maritime Straight Bourbon Whiskey delivers a truly unique and finely balanced tasting experience. Aged in New American Charred Oak Casks for not less than 4 years.

TASTING NOTES:

Almonds, roasted nuts, and figs. Creamy oats followed by cherries and a silkiness on the finish.
