We have been growing several Eleuthero plants in our Biodynamic^® gardens in order to better understand this special shrub's spirit and energy. Eleuthero's adaptogenic qualities help build resilience and increase physical stamina, mental focus, and a feeling of standing on solid ground. Encourages immune health.
• Milky Oats (Avena sativa) - The same plant as the beloved breakfast cereal, and Avena's namesake, fresh green Milky Oat seeds are calming, soothing, nourishing, and deeply restorative to the nervous system of the body.
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - The flowers of this intricate and beautiful plant remind us that life is a special gift. They bring perspective and a gentle grounding to the senses. Passionflower supports the nervous system, and eases a restless mind and circular thinking that can hinder falling asleep.
