The top rail holds up to (12) 1/6 size food pans, 4" deep, and it comes with a full set of polycarbonate plastic pans to get you started. The pan rail can also accept 6" deep pans (sold separately).

The refrigerated pan rail is great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from hard boiled eggs and cheese to green peppers and ham. It even has a removable stainless steel guard that streamlines the cleanup process at the end of a shift. Plus, a lift-up cover encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. For added convenience, a 48" x 10", 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board is provided for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space with four pull-out drawers that have heavy-duty frames, 16-gauge slides, and acetal rollers for convenient cold storage. Each drawer accommodates 6" deep food pans and can hold (1) 1/2 size pan and (1) 1/3 size pan, while the top drawers can also accommodate (1) 1/4 size pan and (1) 1/6 size pan in the rear.
