The Skimmer Salt 110 Pencil Floating Lure is a saltwater topwater pencil for working surface-feeding predators with a side-to-side action.

It is not meant to dive or vibrate; the movement comes from rod rhythm, slack line, and pause timing.

Use short downward twitches to walk it across the surface.

Speed it up when fish are chasing actively, slow it down when they are following, and pause beside bait schools or structure because many surface strikes come after the lure stops.

It is strongest over shallow flats, reef edges, river mouths, harbour walls, and low-light surface feeds.

It is not the lure to pick when fish are holding deep or when rough dirty water makes surface tracking difficult.
