Milk Thistle Extract (Silymarin) 300 mg by NOW® contains milk thistle extract, dandelion root and artichoke leaf. Milk thistle seeds contain active substances from the flavonolignan group known as silymarin, the main component of which is silibinin (50-60%). Artichoke contributes to the proper level of lipids (including cholesterol) in the blood. It supports detoxification, digestion, secretion of gastric juice, maintaining liver health, and contributes to the proper functioning of the intestinal system. Milk thistle supports the health and detoxification capacity of the liver, digestion and the body's cleansing function. Dandelion contributes to maintaining the proper function of the intestinal system. It helps maintain a balanced physiological reaction of the stomach. Content of active substances in the daily portion of the product: 144 mg of silibinin contained in silymarin from milk thistle extract.

The production process does not use ingredients derived from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.
